James McGrath has been with Mars Inc since the beginning of his career, one of seven to be recruited to the Mars FastTrack Management Platform in the UK in 2009. He has since risen to Marketing Director for Petcare and Food in Central Europe. Mars Inc is one of the largest providers of confectionary, foods, pet products, and animal care services in the world. James studied history and politics at Warwick University.
