Pavel Heczko is a senior business and digital transformation leader. He works at CSOB, a leading banking and insurance group in the Czech Republic, where he oversees strategy and transformation of its retail business.

Previously, Pavel worked at numer of international corporations such as KBC Group in Belgium, ING Group in the Netherlands and EY in the Czech Republic.

Pavel is a member of the Aspen Institute Central Europe and alumnus of its Young Leaders Programme. He holds master’s degree from Charles University and University of Economics in Prague. Pavel enjoys markets and trading, technology and innovation, design and literature and walking his dog 🙂
