Vlasta Silarova is Founder and Executive Director of REXY, the Retail Experience Agency. She is a business-oriented designer who fell in love with retail. A trained architect, Vlasta was a Retail Design Manager for L’Oreal, before founding her own company in 2013.

REXY provides complex strategy for global retail experience in connection with brand identity, local retail environment, product marketing mix, PR and digital strategy, and customer journey and service rituals. REXY also specializes in Retail Experience Design, including shop zoning, interior design, and shop presentation. Some notable clients have included Giorgio Armani, UniCredit Bank, and Datart.
