Tomas Kozubek has experience as mentor, advisor, investor and co-founder actively involved in 100+ startup situations. He was supporting founders on multiple topics including strategy, expansion, growth, fundraising, M&A and exits, and also restructuring.

He has over 25 years of experience in consulting and M&A advisory services, investments, and also as co-founder and hands on manager of several early-stage companies. Tomas co-founded Prague based advisory boutique TARPAN Partners in 2009. They support business owners, startup founders and CEOs, investors and creditors in many complex situations and areas.

In 2023 he also joined Startguide VC as an investor and member of Investment Committee actively participating in early-stage (pre-seed and seed) investments in CEE tech space.
