Constantin is the CEO of Kinsky Zdar a.s. (family owned business focussing on sustainable management of natural resources and revitalisation of cultural heritage) and a tech angel investor.

After over 15 years in corporate and investment banking in Paris, London and Prague and two years as an independent consultant specializing in EU integration in Prague, Constantin Kinsky spent twelve years leading a team of professional consultants at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, based in Prague, specializing in management strategy in a wide array of sectors, such as Financial Services, Media, Transportation, Automotive, Private Equity, Energy, on strategy, marketing & Sales, restructuring etc. for top and midsized companies in the region.

From 2011 to 2020, Kinsky has served as the appointed Chairman of the Czech French Chamber of Commerce. Kinsky is also an active historical and natural conservationist, and manages a family-owned operation, with close to 6,000 ha of forest and over 700 ha of ponds under sustainable management for four generations, and the Zamek Zdar estate, under a Unesco World Heritage site, with a rich range of programs and services centered on the revitalisation of cultural heritage and the promotion of creativity and innovation for young artists, for school children and students, and for corporate leaders. This family business holds many awards such as the Ziva Award for the most innovative museum in Central Europe or the WildLife Estate for sustainable managment of natural resources.

Kinsky is also a mentor and angel investors in tech startups, focusing his contribution on strategy and topline topics, with a sweat spot for tech solutions supporting the sustainable management of natural resources (AI in forestry, fuel cells …)
