Helena Sladkovska has over 25 years of experience in business consulting, beginning her career at Arthur Andersen, where she worked as Tax Manager, and Human Capital Resource Manager.

She joined EY in 2006, and became head of business development in 2013. Since 2013, she has also led EY’s “Podikatel Roku,” (Businessperson of the Year), competition.
