Previously, he served as Managing Partner of Roland Berger, CEO of CCS (a CEE fuel card and telematics company), and held other executive roles in A.T. Kearney, T-Mobile, Accenture, and UniCredit Investment Bank. He served as StartupYard’s first Executive in Residence in 2015, and became a StartupYard co-owner later that year.
Philip is a Swiss-American who was born in New Zealand, and although he has been Prague-based for the past 25 years, he has worked in a dozen countries around the world during his many years in management consulting. He holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado (USA). Currently he sits on the Boards of Transparency International, and the fastest growing company in the Balkans (Gjirafa, a StartupYard alumni). He speaks English, Czech and German – and in case of dire need, he can even manage some French.
