Philipp Roden is the Director of Lipo.ink – a publicly funded business incubator in Liberec, Czech Republic.

Philipp has been working in management consulting since 2005. Among other, He spent 7 years with Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm, where he helped build up the Prague office and later the EMEA Headquarter in Zurich, Switzerland.

In 2014 he joined Jablotron, a leading Czech technology group, as Head of Corporate Development where he built up the HR and M&A function from scratch. Further he led multiple change and development projects.

In 2017 he created the concept of Lipo.ink for the Liberec Region. He then continued as founder and subsequently managed and developed Lipo.ink to become an internationally acknowledged incubator and innovation center.

Philipp is fluent in German, English and Czech. He holds a legal degree from the Universities of Hamburg and Freiburg as well as an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

A native Czech who grew up in Germany, Philipp has worked with individuals and organizations across the globe. He has advised clients from all types of industries as well as development stages – start-ups, SME, multinational corporations and government institutions.
