Philipp Roden leads the Incubator for Entrepreneurs in the Liberec region (Lipo.ink), where he brings a broad set of experiences from the professional services environment.

Before setting up Lipo.ink, Philipp led numerous organizational development projects for Jablotron Group, a leading technology conglomerate in the Central and Eastern European region. This included the start-up and dismantling of the group’s strategic advisory firm.

Before joining Jablotron Group, Philipp spent 7 years with Korn Ferry, one of the world’s leading talent management services providers. During this period, he conducted over 100 mostly international recruitment projects for senior level executives, and delivered Leadership and Talent Consulting projects across Europe. Throughout his tenure, he had a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe. He was a vital factor in establishing the company’s presence in Prague and later the EMEA Headquarters in Zurich. He holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He earned his Legal Degree at the Universities of Freiburg and Hamburg, and is fluent in German, English and Czech.
