Philipp Roden is a Partner at RUN.studio, Czech Republic’s first Deep Tech Venture Studio.

He has been working in management consulting since 2005. Among other, He spent 7 years with Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm where he helped building up the Prague office as well as the EMEA Headquarter in Zurich, Switzerland. In 2014 he joined Jablotron, a leading Czech technology group, to lead multiple change and development projects.

In 2017 he became the Founding Director and first employee of Lipo.ink, a publicly funded incubator and innovation center. Over the next eight years, he led Lipo.ink to become a well-recognized incubator in the Czech Republic and across Europe. In 2025 he co-founded RUN.studio.

A native Czech who grew up in Germany, Philipp has worked with individuals and organizations across the globe. He has advised clients from all types of industries as well as development stages – start-ups, SME, multinational corporations and government institutions.
