Jakub is a director at Venture Investors Corporate Finance. Prior to joining VICF as financial analyst he has been working in automotive industry in Germany. Currently he is responsible for the execution of M&A advisory project for his clients. Since his first engagement Jakub has been involved in tens of sell-side, buy-side and fundraising mandates for both local and international clients. As a mentor and a lecturer Jakub shares his skills and experience with start-ups, entrepreneurs and professional public and invests in their most promising and unique projects.

Jakub graduated from University of Economics in Prague, where we focused on financial markets, corporate finance and management information systems. He also earned Master in International Management degree (CEMS MIM) from Cologne University in Germany, received Certified Financial Analyst designation (CFA) and is a member of the international Association of Chartered certified Accountants (ACCA).

Areas of Jakub‘ relevant expertise include financial planning and modeling, strategic financial management and business administration.

Jakub is passionate about riding waves on kitesurf and burning fuel on race tracks.
